What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business to help close the Advice Gap and expand access to quality advice.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships from day one.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial plans that adapt with your clients’ needs.
  • Offer expert guidance across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Deliver high levels of client satisfaction through first-class service and annual reviews.
  • Leverage existing clients for referrals and continued growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience giving financial advice across investments, pensions, and protection.
  • Diploma Level 4 qualified with an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing.
  • A passion for performance and delivering great outcomes for clients.
  • A solid grasp of compliance and regulation.
  • A proactive mindset, positive energy, and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.
  • A willingness to travel to see clients where needed.
